Hyo Jung Lee is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Child and Family Studies at Yonsei University, South Korea. Her work examines how psychosocial factors shape health and well-being in later life, with a focus on perceptions, behaviors, and social interactions. She investigates how individuals and families adjust their views of physical, psychological, and social status, strengthen connections with others and communities, and adopt health and lifestyle behaviors that promote better outcomes. Her current projects explore two themes: dying well, through family roles in end-of-life care planning and quality of care, and living well, by studying how technology use in care settings can enhance the well-being of older adults and their families.
